More complex solutions will obviously be more time consuming and costly but PC Assistance will comfortably manage all expectations and provide feedback to the customer outlining risks and any affected timescales.
Once the project is signed off a detailed project plan will be available for the customer detailing exact timings and dependencies for the smooth implementation of the project.
All details are taken care off such as procurement, delivery, pre-installation checks and implementation. Once installation is complete then sign-off is sought from the customer to ensure their full satisfaction. Should there be any issues these will be dealt with quickly and effectively.
All equipment and work is covered by a one year guarantee and we will always be on hand to provide dedicated support to customers who have used our services.
