Welcome to PC Assistance - servicing Horsham and West Sussex
At PC Assistance we specialise in helping both domestic and commercial customers get the most out of their IT. This can be anything from repairing PC's, installing broadband or small networks to installing new hardware and software.
We aim to respond to calls immediately with a visit to assess the problem. Once a resolution has been agreed all work will be undertaken including procurement, pre-installation set-up and then equipment will be brought back to site for installation as per the customers requirements.
Future support or monitoring can be carried out either at the customers premises or remotely. A contracted service is also available which covers all calls for support and this includes quarterly health checks which are invaluable to ensure your equipment runs error free!
